With the HDR Humax Boxes, we find its the Hard drive at Fault 50% of the time, the other times the box need a repair to the motherboard, if you order a drive & need a motherboard repair, we will carry out a swap / replacement / repair for you, you just pay the postage difference. There are limited options for Direct return/refunds.
